Kondai Lip Backwater Heritage Resort

Excellent place to stay and feel relaxed.You have to cross the small channel with the boat to reach the resort, and then you are in a different place. The rooms, service, food and their activities are commendable.. It's hardly and hour drive from Kochi town. Do try their boating and the cruise to the private beach as they are so refreshing and great. Thanks a Mr. Ken & Team for the awesome service offered to us.

I had a one night stay to enjoy with my family and we all were very satisfied with every aspect of the resort . The staffs were very friendly, helpful, and especially the Mr Ken was so generous and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in Alleppey but we couldn't due to the epidemic so I wish tonvisit again. And let me say that the resort was very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed also the stay has included with a lot of entertainment activities like peddle boating,canoeing,nkayaking, indoor games, swimming,boating,canoeing and ect. and also I would like to include about the breakfast which was suited all tastes including the English,India and substantial breakfast . The resort is quiet, and is situated near to a seaside.In total we had a blast and I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The place is okay, the rooms are clean and spacious.nnSeems like they don't take safety on any levels of consideration.nnNever let kids or even adults unfamiliar to water bodies unattended while at this property!!nnBridges without guard rails!!nnThis place is surrounded by water bodies, yet not even a single piece of life jacket or any sort of PFD's( personal floatation device ) can be found in the premises or the ferry used for the to and fro transit from this place and nearest motorable road.nnBreakfast buffet is very basic, just on the average line or one can say below average.nnChinese preparations are okay but lit bit on the expensive side and low in quantity.nnBring some water bottles!!nnWifi is good.

I had a wonderful experience at Kondai Lip ,their treatment towards gusts is awesome & memorable ,we enjoyed a lot at the time I feel proud to recommend .
