I don't often write reviews but I was blown away by how outstanding the service was at the Spa Insta. My stay was for 3 night’s mid-week and I had a city-scape room on the top floor.nThe service by all hotel staff is incredible from the moment you arrive. The room, pool deck, lobbies, gym and spa was immaculately kept. Whatever scent they use in the lobbies/hallways I want for my home, it was fantastic! Normally I don't sleep well in hotels but the bed was so comfortable and the room so quiet I had no issue at all. Room service was prompt and delicious.nBy all means if you have the opportunity to stay at hotel stay Insta you absolutely should, I have stayed at other 5 star resorts in Mumbai and this one takes the cake.

LOVED this hotel. When you go down the little entry way into the main entrance to the hotel, it's like you transport to a new world. There is literally no noise, or crazy lights. It's so Zen. Best kept secret on the strip for sure. The pool is amazing, very 5 star service. They put your towels down for you, check on you consistently throughout the day. Pools are warm and clean. In our room was very clean, beautiful and lots of amenities.

It was a great stay I have been staying here for a very long time it makes you feel like home and the owner is always there when you need anything he was very kind and very helpful during my tenure of my stay I recommend it as five star stay

I am truly a fan of hotel stay insta. Very welcoming, and they highly anticipate your needs. When we went down to get coffee, forgetting the time of service was way passed, the staff immediately brewed another pot for us, free of charge. This would not happen anywhere else. Everywhere we go, the staff was pleasant. We tried the spa, and it was excellent. When the later evening we returned, they even still remember our names, and greeted us. This is why I am a fan.

Tucked away just behind Shabari Restaurant on MG Road Goregaon West, a Perfect blend of luxury and comfort is what you can expect when you stay at StayInsta Serviced Apartments. On arrival, you will be greeted by a warm and friendly Caretaker who will assist you with the check-in formalities and necessary paperwork. The rooms and washrooms are very clean and AC works perfectly which is a big blessing. Toiletries like soap, shampoo and towels are provided. The chef prepares delicious Indian meals. We thoroughly loved our stay and look forward to staying again during our next visit to Mumbai.
