I had an aweful experience and I'd never recommend anyone because four points by Sheraton gives you only a three star feeling. I found the staff to be quite courteous that's it. We booked a suite room to celebrate my friends spinster's but ended up getting a very mediocre room which had terrible view.

Four Points is located at stone's throw distance from Inorbit mall. Very well connected to highway and other means of transport.nnHad been here for a friend's reception. Hotel is well maintained, rooms are decently sized. Food was good with different cuisines to choose from.

Awesome...the staff..the food.the hospitality...we were pampered. The staff ensured our special day was made extra special....Stephen Dsouza, the General Manager is a gem of a person, from the time we checked untill we checked out we were taken care off. The food was fabulous.must visit especially when celebrating days like birthday, anniversary, etc.nWill certainly be back to stay and dine at the Sheraton.... 10 full points to the Four points Sheraton......

Stayed for 4 weeks in September 2020, after lockdowns were lifted. Four points went out of the way to accommodate food and diet needs for me, too great care to clean & Sanitize all areas. They let me keep the same room when I checked out for weekends and left it empty for my check in next week. Great service!
