I broke my key in half an hour away from home. Locksmith Robert Knight arrived quickly to smith me a new key and program the chip to my vehicle. He did great work and completed the task quickly for the amount of labor he put in. The price was indisputably reasonable.nGreat locksmith.nGreat guy.nGreat conversation.nn10/10 , would recommend/will continue to use this service

Ashton was exceptional and went way and far beyond to find and program a replacement key for me after I had lost my only key fob. He made 2 trips to my house only to save me money. He opened my car door to get the necessary documents to show to the dealership so I could get a code to save me $100. Being new to Oregon (7 months) I won't hesitate to use this company again. I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Great customer service starting with... they answer the phone. I know that might sound funny but I called several other locksmith companies in Portland during the week and during regular business hours and had to leave a message. Worse is that no one ever called me back.nnThe dispatcher's at Clark's answered the phone promptly, took down my information, gave me some advice on how to save a few bucks, and schedule an appointment for me. Pleasant, quick, efficient.nnAshton, the technician, called in advance to verify the appointment and then called again to let me know that he was a few minutes away. He was able to get my new key fobs programmed and get the emergency keys cut in just a few minutes and then verified that everything was working properly.nnI wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith company.

Ashton did a great job of repairing a really challenging old security door lock. Now it looks great and works great. Aldo worked on another challenging closet door lock and would not give up until there was a solution. He was very personable and patient as well! I highly recommend this company!

I went by the shop one morning and they technically weren’t open but Neil let us in anyway to get a copy made. He was super friendly and found what I needed right away. Before that I checked out the website which is super well done and clear about their services. Would highly recommend!
