Very poor service, parts not available from last 4 months for a tv of ₹80000. Shame on sony.

Best serivce that i every got from a service centre

When you go to sony service for a major repair, you are already prepared to pay a high price for the repair of costly items. But I was in for a surprise when there was no POS ( Card swiping) machine for paying even 15000. Was conveniently told to withdraw from nearby ATM and pay in Cash. Yes, I was also given the option to pay by cheque or cash in this era of online or mobile banking. So much for "Digital India" Hope the Management would look at the issue and install the card swiping machine at the earliest. I can't pay 28000 for the led panel replacement in cash, that to when the service center is at the heart of the city!
