Disappointing experience trying to book in a locksmith with Hills Locksmith Pros. I called because their website sold me that they’d be the best emergency locksmith in the Hills District and, I thought, what a bonus that its near me (I live in Castle Hill) and would also be reasonably priced! Unfortunately, my conversation with them was so awkward - I wanted to book in a time (I’m not in a rush) but got the distinct vibe that they didn’t want my business (?!) I mean, it wasn’t strange when I was told that they didn’t have anyone available today but to be told (after silence from them and then prompting from me to offer their next availability): maybe in two days time, maybe four in the afternoon but that it’s not a vacancy, they’d be making vacancy to come to Castle Hill because they’re working out in Hornsby. For the record, I would have been fine with the booking in two days time. It was all the chatter after that that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Or did I need to beg and offer to pay more to get help? I’m still a bit dumbstruck. You’d think there’d be better customer service with a local business but not today and not with Hills Locksmith Pros for me. I think I would have had a better experience if instead I was told: “I’m so sorry, we would love your business but we’re fully committed with priority work over the next week and it might suit you better time-wise to find another locksmith.” I have no doubt that your team of locksmiths are great at what they do. This customer service part of the business needs work though! And I strongly recommend updating your website - removing your “emergency” 24hr status if you couldn’t even come out to someone willing to wait a couple of days. I mean this is what you say: “We are the reliable, local expert mobile 24 hour locksmith service in Castle Hill. Our staff of highly qualified, reputable professionals will always take care of you. If you prefer a quick, high quality locksmith, Hills Locksmith Pros should be your first call.Based in Castle Hill, we service the entire Hills District of Sydney, NSW and beyond”. How disappointing.

This is a fake company website probably made overseas and they are trying to make money by selling the leads to real locksmith companies. They have no Security License or Master Security License listed. It's happening all over Australia.nThey know how to rank a website highly and then try to sell the leads. Ring the number and no one answers. Look at their address. Its made up. Check the reviews. They are fake. Some of the people have also reviewed Hills Electrical pros, hills plumbing pros, hills pest control pros and hills chiropractor pros with 5 stars. They are all simple template websites and I suspect they are all fake pages for companies that don't exist either.

A very friendly and skilled locksmith had my stuck internal door opened in seconds. He then replaced the lock in a few minutes and cleared up after the job had been completed very well. Highly recommended.

I had a front door that was unable to lock late in the evening. Daniel was fantastic, had it fixed in no time and very reasonably priced for an after hours callout. Will not hesitate to use again if needed.
