The Westin made my first trip to India (from the US) for a business trip incredibly smooth in July 2019. They handled airport transportation. The staff were the most welcoming of any hotel I've probably ever been to.nnWestern travelers are definitely catered to and you'll find many things to make you feel at home while also making available as much locally as you'd like. For example, all meals were available at an enormous buffet off of the lobby (the other restaurants downstairs were fantastic too!). There were western, Indian, and many other flavors available every day. Room service was quick with good food too which was very helpful during evenings when I was on business calls and couldn't leave to go to even the buffet.nnWith my Marriott status they upgraded me to a suite and it was absolutely beautiful! It was nice to have some extra space for my two-week stay even if some of it was excessive. There was a lounge too although with the buffet included in my rate and/or paid by my company each meal I didn't spend too much time there. I did grab drinks and some evening snacks occasionally.nnI highly recommend the Westin and will definitely return!

Ambience is really good. The service is good as well. We recently hosted an event here. Our guests really enjoyed the event. But, felt like there is certainly a room for improvement. The food quality could be much better and number of items served on the menu were too little for the price we were paying. I am talking in experience with hosting a similar event in a five star in Mumbai.

Terrific experience.nsituated among big MNC's this Hotel stands out to be awesome one.nAmbient atmosphere, super delicious buffet, melodious music, perfect photo shoot spot, tall building, friendly staff, to say a few.njust go and binge eat or else you will have regret later for sure..nThanks

The hospitality was not good by the hotel staff. Food one of the worst foods I have ever ate in my life. I asked the barer for the hotel authentic dish, he suggested and ordered the same dish. He misguided us in terms of quantity and also of worst taste. the beer supplied to my friend was of old stock. At the end we paid the bill and asked for the complimentary desert and accepted for the same but they brought the desert to room at midnight 12:30 and is it the right time to have a desert? The Same issue is with next day morning breakfast. Delayed service, I ordered a item and waited for 15 min but I did not get that to my table and I simply walked away. we asked for egg white omelette and they brought the omelette with egg yolks. comforter In the room- I can feel the foul smell. I think we wasted our money and time by opting westin.
