We usually visit the Zega on the 10th floor.. It has great ambience. Lovely place to go to in the evenings. Food is good. Very loungy sitting. My fav evening place !

Very cool place it comes under 10 best 5 star hotels in Hyderabad i use to work so i know how much they care for customer satisfaction

You would assume that in the current scenario hotels would want business, looks like Sheraton is doing so well, they’re too busy. Called to order food, first time no one answered the call, when the front desk connected, and I had to call again and asked to be connected. Then the attitude of the person answering the call, left much to be desired, I knew exactly what I wanted to order, instead of answering if it’s available, I was told will send menu, when I pressed to ask, do you have it, I was then told yes. It felt like, the person almost didn’t want to be on the phone. Then once I placed the order, and after I’ve provided details on WhatsApp, I’m told, food will be delivered only by 4pm. Who eats lunch at 4pm, if you’re that busy, let me know when I call, that we can’t deliver now. I know a hotel, I will not be visiting again, once life settles back to normal. I’ve stayed and eaten at the Sheraton in other cities, this hotel seems to be unique in their attitude.

It was nice stay . We got a good deal and we stayed in apartment at Sheraton . Very comfortable for a family of 4 . Nice spacious room. We order food at night. Food was nicely prepared and served . Taste was great . We also had a nice breakfast in the Morning. Staff and service is very courteous.

Probably expected it from a category 3 Marriott property. I get that a lot of services were limited due to the ongoing pandemic but that's no reason to not have basic things laid out in the room. The bathroom mats were missing. Housekeeping was taking ages to deliver items. The most disappointing of all was when I ordered for a coffee at 7am and i didn't get the order till 9am when I left the property. The staff at the reception were sorry about this experience and insisted on carrying a to-go coffee.nnThis was actually the first time i experienced an American hospitality in an Indian property. That should sum up the review
