There are many property consultants in Mumbai but there are only a few truly professional real estate consultants that come to mind. Gupta & Sen are one of the rare companies that have managed to make an indelible mark in this field within a short span of time. I was truly amazed by the fact that they are first generation real estate entrepreneurs who founded the agency in the year 2015. But after interacting with them I felt as if they have been in this business for decades! Judging from the number of awards and industry recognition that they have received in India, I am guessing the sprint to the top is not very far from here! I thank them for all the valuable support and assistance I have received from them when searching for a residential property of my own and I wish them many more decades of success and rewards for excellence in the real estate field!

The residential market in Mumbai is a maze and often very confusing for first time buyers who want to buy a good property in a nice neighbourhood within a limited budget and time frame. A quick google search led me to Gupta & Sen whose online profile and recommendations by past buyers impressed me. Their approach right from the start was highly professional and proactive. They patiently advised me on the various options available given my budget and also helped me during the negotiation process and paper work. So I was very happy to oblige when they asked me to add a recommendation and review on their Google page!
