Thousands of patients are dying daily because they get prescription without diagnosis. It is my advice that first get diagnosis and then prescription. Apex is diagnosing at lowest cost in comparison to such modern facilities to be availed at Chandigarh only place where it is available.service of mankind is service of GOD seems only Motto of APEX.
