Cool environment for studying and playing with best faculty and other services except nursing department which has the lack of faculty.

South Campus was established in 2008 as the first satellite campus of the University of Kashmir at Fatehgarh, Anantnag in a breathtaking landscape, overlooking beautiful mountain range and serene valley.nKeeping the doors open for all, South Campus came into existence largely for the purpose of making higher education more accessible to students belonging to South Kashmir. Over the years this Campus has become a preferred destination of students belonging to various parts of the Jammu and Kashmir, for Post Graduate degree programmes being offered in the disciplines of Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, English, Education, M.Ed and Urdu.nWhile at South Campus, we are proud of our young and dynamic faculty, it is also a delight to see a strong cadre of our alumni work in Government as well as Corporate Sector, or continuing their education at leading institutions in India and abroad.nAlthough over the years South Campus has grown sizeably in terms of the available infrastructure, we hope to improve existing academic facilities and create student amenities including hostel facilities and sports infrastructure and fitness clubs etc.

I liked the campus more than the main campus but transport facilities are not always available there
