I approached Nawaz from Ahmed’s Real estate who is owner of this company for renting out our two bed room apartment at newly built DSR Lotus located at IPTL main Road. The day I handover an apartment key to him and he was on the job. He took care of entire process of showing an apartment till signing an agreement. Within 15 days we signed an agreement with tenant. My first impression while dealing with him, was that he is very honest, sincere, most humble and shown professional attitude towards his work. I become a great admirer of him. Customer service was top class and always has personal touch to his approach. It was really a good and happy experience.

Ahmed was extremely helpful in finding me the right property in the short span of time. He understood the fact that I was accompanied by family including a small kid and took this as a priority to find me a good apartment. He also helped me with other local information and took me to couple of places to find furniture as i was new to Bangalore city. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a flat/house in Bangalore.
