State Bank of India - Churachandpur Branch

In my experience,few years back, the staff members were not friendly enough even to ask simple issues with our banking related problems. Most people feel like they walked into a thick,scary forest while entering the bank. Unexpectedly, the current staffs are quite reliable and friendly now. Let this friendly and comfortable atmosphere towards the customers will continue... I hope to get posted here someday and make all locals ,irrespective of their languages, feel what they should have felt since the inception of the bank itself - 'customers first policy or something'

Bank employees means they are meant to serve customers, but in this bank customers were always pleading the staff to do their work. Unruly and reckless staffs not following work ethics. Worst is they were not trained properly, lack professionalism, not serving in the true purpose of banking.nSBI officials should check the CCTV of the bank to see how pathetic they misbehave to the people.nMuch things about the disabilities of this premises cannot be highlighted due to words limitation but I hope people concerned should see this message as people voice.

No Respect and no care, worst service to customers by the staff. I had never come across this type of Bank, I had gone many banks but the worst Bank SBI CCPUR Branch.

Worst bank which i had came across..... Since 2018 till 2020 i had filled KYC form to changed my minor bank ac into normal account..... Till now there is no change which had be made to upgrade my account.... I went to the bank for several time ... submitted KYC form for more than 10 time..... If we ask the employee for some quires what we got in return - Ok fill up the KYC Form submit it and everything will be fine....... If the employ are there for job then they need to focus on that,do their of duty instead of being on call when they have customer....

Too much of Local staff not polite,no care for customer, wish They keep ration well
