It's a Speed Post / Registered Post booking counter. Registered post is booked from 6:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs whereas Speed Post can be booked round the clock except refreshment timing & shift change hours. Guaranteed minimum waiting time as compared to other Post offices in the Bhubaneswar city.The employees of the RMS counter are very much efficient and work continuously for 8 hours on a stretch with only one break.

Good service but parcel can not send through this RMS. For sending a parcel refer to G. P. O. near PMG square. Just 1.5km far this.

24*7*365 service. Double counter on 17:30hrs to 19:30hrs. Fastest workers in unit are posted here. You can feel how many letters they are processing when you are just two or three persons away from the counter and able to look at the employee. Rude behaviour of the staff is mostly the result of public shouting and indecent arguments. 30 min of refreshing time in middle of the shifts. People should realise you must be waiting in the queue for one hour, gossiping politics and governance, but the employee is working all this while. So there is no point of shouting why the queue isn't moving ahead.
