Yesterday I went there from soo far that it might be open i paid 250 to auto, it was very urgent to me bt the post office was closed..why do they say 24hrs open when they close soo early.

The speed post time is 3pm instead of 5pm timing which is uniform across all india post offices. Also, the reception lady is very rude and talks like an IAS officer and tells us to check our board timing is 3 pm. India post is slowing decling & perish one day due to such absurd staff & timings

The staff is very rude and does not know how to speak with customers specially the lady who picks up the call and tells to check the status only online . Does not share any information about the consignment even if it is showing dispatched at taloja AVSO from last 2 days.
