Very Third class service from postman Sachin Sadash and post office servants. I am waiting for my very important document at my home since last 3 days but not getting proper response and update. As per online tracking status it is showing that postman was for delivery for 2 times in last 3 days however no one has come to deliver the document at my home and at the end of the day status is updated as address can not located. Yesterday when I visited to post office and I asked to provide contact number of postman Sachin sadash, they informed me that they don't have contact number and postman is not yet out for delivery he will deliver the document till EOD so I have to wait at home only. So as per post office servant response, I was waiting for documemt at my home only but still I have not received my document and for that I was trying to call on there official contact number for more than 4 times but no one is picking up the call. If I got any other option to escalate this, I will definitely escalate this on higher level also. Very worst service.

As usual very sluggish like any other goverment organization. The people for dreaming for getting a job in Government organisation and forgetting to provide service to common people once they get. I had many incident with this post office. The postman for Kharghar sector 15 area never deliver the mail's on time, and çoming only for collect Diwali contribution on time. Once they had wrongly delivered my newspaper subscriptions voucher to other and my Mom's PAN card not delivered.

Kept standing for one hour outside the window for speed post .During Rakhi time specially, the Q has waiting time of atleast an hour.
