Best Price - A Walmart Enterprise was started in Guntur way back.nnInitially the store offered business membership cards to local business owners. Decent prices for quality goods is the backbone of the store. Courteous staff is an asset for the business. Cardboard boxes (empty ones to pack purchased goods after billing, were placed in a bin at the exit security point) used to be available earlier.nnImpact of COVID-19 can be observed now in the store, starting from maintaining sanitization, social distancing & limited entry (1 person per card).nnLimited empty cardboard boxes are a drawback for buyers to repack during this pandemic. As the store management is allowing single person per card, in fact more number of empty boxes should be available for convenience of the customers.nnStore's open from 11AM to 7PM. However, stock isn't replaced even some items were completely unavailable.nnDemanded items like Mysore Sandal Soap & Dettol liquids were not available during peak time of the pandemic & even today (date of this review).nnThough Freedom oil is full of stock, it's being sorted & isolated, making it unavailable to customers, which is not a good sign in business of that scale. If a mere customer can easily figure out that they are blocking stock to encash other items, it's a rotten strategy in retail business segment.nnAt the entrance, lot of trollies are available. Since we had 2 lists of items to purchase, we took in 2 trollies & to our surprise, both were taken away by random customers, which made us bring another 2 again from the entrance!nnWe made 3 bills all together today. But, the staff at bill verification counter, didn't stamp one of our bills & the security guard at the exit gate routed us back to the counter to stamp it. Very bad service experience & never expected from giants like Walmart!nnUpdate: Considering COVID-19, store is offering now a e-card (no more physical cards), that offers contact less purchase experience.
