Unhelpful staff. I bought a del monte vinegar bottle from here and as I was opening it the bottom fell off. When I spoke to the staff about it they said it's not possible that this could have happened and refused to refund or replace the bottle. They said even their distributor is saying that it is IMPOSSIBLE for a bottle to break like that. I've spent upwards of ₹10000 at this store during my time here, and it was mean and petty of them to not only refuse to help but also to refuse to acknowledge a defective item. The store may be well stocked, but most stores in Siolim are. NEWTON'S and DELFINOS have much better staff.
