Third class service one counter 20 30 people for speed post one person with many parcel with no limits take 20 minutes for every customer . Poor service

Terribly rude unhelpful middle aged woman on the front counter, at 2pm told me the counter is closed when they are open until 5pm, taking great pleasure in the fact I'd have to come back tomorrow. Unhelpful is an understatement. Absolute joke of a service, Modi should fire these terrible gov employees. Went to a local courier instead... avoid if you can..
