Worst service. I have 3 bad experiences with this office. 1st time courier guy asked me money for delivering atm card. 2nd time when I wasn't in room they didn't even call and returned the product. 3rd time they called me and said this location is not known to them. The location was just 3km away from post office.

Staff is very unprofessional. I visited Today 18/03/2020 morning and asked form to open ATM card on counter number 3. He given form to me and when I have filled the form and went to counter he said come to post office 4PM. Then I asked him why I need to come back again to post office just to submit form. He did not answer my query and said take token. When I have told the manager about this he said we have other important task so we are not taking form in the morning hours. Never seen such a worst post office. Now will transfer my account to different branch. Always had a worst experience with the staff.

Very bad there is my ATM card but this post is not sending my card in my nearest post office I don't know why doing like this
