Manacaud post Office

This post office has introduced Token system for banking and transactions. You will never know about the token system, until you stand in the entire queue and reach your turn. There is no sign boards to collect token also.nAlso, the counter is very very slow in processing. Don't know if their network is slow or done purposefully. It takes an average of 45 min - 1 hour to get your turn even if your are the 5th customer to be served.nNot a good place to go if your time is valuable.

A good change in attitude of employees towards Customers..., Service not fast but definitely a change from how it happened in past. Systems were slow and needs more development. A pleasing change in environment there.

The post man is very rude to the clients that’s why am putting this review , if he was not able to find the address why he is shouting to the customers. Today he delivered one SBI cheque book to our office and he spoken very rudely in front of our customers that he can’t reach us and why shouldn’t we inform him our address and on the way back their is a tread too that he said “WILL SHOW US NEXT TIME “ is this the way to talk inside an office.

Nice officenVery helpful staffnbut there is a problem is about parking. There is no space for parking cars. Also the way to the office is narrow so most of the time there is traffic block. If the road become oneway that will lead to reduce the traffic block on the road. The place can easily notice. There are 9 delivery staffs for delivery the letter in manacaud post office area.

Excellent service by the employees. only 2 wheeler parking facility available. The road to the place is narrow.
