It is situated right at the roadside in the town of malappuram(Malappuram-Manjeri road). It is a fairly good and famous supermarket in the town and is a place that I frequently visit. It has multiple floors and has almost every item that a supermarket ought to have(no clothing is available).It is mostly always crowded, especially during evenings. The service is fine and during these days, the last time I visited, I have seen them providing the customers with hand sanitizers and looking after the safety. Jam Joom is definitely a worthwhile place if you are out for shopping just for your home and kitchen. It can be definitely better but in a place like Malappuram, I find it fair enough.
Good
You can get almost everything you want for your basic house needs for a reasonable price. It has three floors and a small underground. One of the old and good supermarket at Malappuram.
Very good customer service, like the place as we get each and every thing in one place. Not much of the things are unavailable...
Jam Joom is a one stop shop for all our household requirements. The staff is too generous to help us pick the items that we are searching and once purchased they help us to load the purchased items in our vehicle no matter two wheeler or four wheeler or three wheeler. Excellent place for shopping.
