VERY POOR SERVICE. VERY POOR BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF WITH FEMALES AND ELDER CITIZENS. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. UNETHICAL. DISGRACEFUL STAFF. ESPECIALLY THE EMPLOYEE AT A2 BLOCK, EARLY MORNING. NO HELP GRANTED FOR GRIEVANCES TOO.

Employees are very rude. My sister went for applying for the passport and was treated very rudely and unethically by some employee. I am going to file official complaint against that employee and make him apologize.

Its literally depends on your day. In my case, i entered POPSK at 12:00 and left it at 3:45. 3:45 hours instead of 15 minutes work just because of absent of one employee out of three and slow work culture. Government office hai samajh aa jata hai. BDW Yeh sab toh chalta rehta hai, just remember.. 1- Go with E Aadhar with verified signature on it. Do not go with simple aadhar card. 2- Secondly, take out photo copy of both side of aadhar card, pan card( pan card only if you have, otherwise no problem). 3-Thirdly, thoda ban than kar jana..passport mein usi din wala photo ayega😛 I hope tumhara kam sirf 15 min mein ho jaye. Best wishes. P.S.- Given two star only because sab log milansaar the, koi inherently pareshan ni karega. Haan bas thode sotlu sotlu hai.
