Post office staff got very bad attitude, they always shout on customers and insists the customers to approach private banks. They showed regional discrimination too, he told me i must go to my native place branch and deposit money there only. Branch Manager takes the customers are his personal servants. Deposit form has column for 10 INR and have a option to deposit coins. They initially said they accept 1000 rupees only to if i deposit 10 rupee coins, he gave me form fill it up and refused me deposit coins after standing in the Que for 30 minutes. Counter guy showed regional discrimination, he was keep on telling me i shouldn't come to Indore post office branch as i am not a Indore guy. Branch Manager called me to his office room ,he didn't even show the courtesy and told me to deposit money in Private banks. Branch Manager doesn't behave like a educated person. I wonder why they told me to fill the form if they don't accept coins?why should i go to Branch Managers place, is he Manager for customers? Why form is having a option for coins and 10 INR? If i should go to private banks what is the point of post office account for me?
