This is my worst experience in Treebo hotel.nnI had checked into the hotel at 11:50 pm.nnI didnt get any hot water which was promised by the hotel.nnThe Airtel set top box was not working.nnThe room was good but after driving down 750kms and if you do not get a shower then what is the use.nnOther than this on enquiring with the hotelnand agreeing to the deal of Rs 2240 I had to pay an additional Rs 500 to the hotel for an extra matress which was promised to me.nnThe hotel staff asked me if I had a recording for the conversation which I dont really do for any call, so a humble suggestion to keep a telephonic recording of your deal with the hotel.
