It's the temple of Lord Ibudhou Pakhangba, situated inside the Kangla fort, a sacred place!

It's a part of the Kangla fort tour and is inside the premises. You can cover old Govandji temple, Kangla for, sliml's cottage and all in this trip as everything is in the premises.
