Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort

Had a wonderful time at this resort. Staff and accommodations were great. Looking forward to another visit!

I absolutely love staying at Divi resorts here. The staff and pretty much the whole island have always been friendly and/or accommodating. The activities are fun and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the room and the view we had each time. It feels like a second home. They really seem to add put the maintenance fees ti good use. Ive been 3 times so far and some of the same people are there like Paula and Jose Miguel and they just make my stay even more pleasant. Its not super busy like the tower hotels which makes me love it even more. Grown people having fun, memorable times. Cant wait to go back!!

It is one of the best place to stay when ever you are in Aruba ,near supermarket's, close to town, three pools and last but not least a few steps from the beach .

We stayed a week at Divi Dutch village, all inclusive. From the start everyone at check in was amazing! we booked a few events with the concierge a few days, and after day 2, had enjoyed the workers in the lobby so much we made it a point to say hello everyday. They went above and beyond every day we were there and truly treated us like family! Zirena (concierge desk) personally booked dinners under her name for us, and gave us her personal email to keep in contact after our vacation was over. We will be returning for years to come! Highly recommend staying here if you want pure relaxation and an amazing staff to work with on your vacation!

I consider myself a respectful and reasonable person who rarely leaves bad reviews. With that being said, here is why I gave Divi Dutch Village only three stars.nn1. The walls of my room were super thin, I could hear everything my neighbors were doing.n2. There was no body gel or conditioner provided in the shower. When I asked housekeeping for some, they claimed they didn't have any.n3. My room was on the third floor and the concierge made no attempt to try to rebook us to a first floor room, even though they saw my grandmother was unable to walk much.n4. Every time I wanted to make a restaurant reservation, the front desk said their system was down. Also, when I tried booking excursions, they misinformed me with the prices.n5. No accommodations for dietary restrictions such as a gluten allergy.n6. The staff here seem to favor timeshare people over those who are here for their first time.nnAlthough the food and service overall were good, I will not be coming back to this resort. It was not worth the money. At first I thought maybe I was overreacting, but now I think it was justifiable.
