We had the best time ever! Beautiful villa with a lot of facilities. Amazing swimming pool with a view. The staff is so friendly and ready to help you. Will come again.

We had the time of our lives at our Bay Villa “Diamond Heights” (we stayed here for three months).nIncredibly impressive villa, beautiful and cozy interior, absolutely unique view, everything up to date.nThe staff and housekeeping were always friendly and did their best to keep us happy. We made good experiences especially with Greg, who was always there to help us and arranged everything over the short distance. One of the warmest people I’ve met here on the island.nI can highly recommend a stay at Bay Villas for everyone who loves privacy, sunsets (!) and a high end home.

Stayed there for 4 months during Covid time. It was exceptional, the view is breath taking, the villa in extremely spacious and luxurios. The staff is very kind and helps with everything very quickly. Highly recommended.

Loved staying here! We stayed in a couple of villas and the views are amazing. Each place was beautifully decorated and the infinity pools were awesome. Will be back next year hopefully!

Shockingly bad reception service- absolutely unbelievable. I feel sorry for the owners of their villas as they actively turn away business, refusing to let me book a villa. These are unfortunately the people you will have to deal with if you stay.n.nI called to ask about the view from one of the villas and spoke to an extremely rude man with a German sounding accent, called Greg. He for some reason accused me of calling to try to get a cheaper price and spoke to me like I was dirt. He later sent a message and when I didn’t see it so didn’t reply within a few mins he sent ‘?’n.nI messaged the reception the following day asking if a different person could call and I explained to her ('Amm'), that someone close to me had passed very suddenly just 2 weeks before. I told her it was a very painful and difficult time and asked that the staff would be polite.n.nAmm then arranged for me to see two villas that were occupied on a day I had previously suggested could work. She had not said anything about that day at the time but two days later she suddenly booked it in without confirming with me first. I said I could not do that day anymore due to work commitments. She then went on and on and on over the phone, (despite being aware I was at a restaurant trying to eat dinner), about how difficult this was for her, how inconvenient, how terrible it was I couldn’t go that day etc. I apologised repeatedly even though it wasn't really my fault. We went round in circles for 16 minutes, with her ranting non stop while I tried to eat. I couldn't believe that she would behave like this after I had explained that I was grieving.n.nShe suggested I travelled all the way to the island just to look at the outside of the villa and when I refused to agree to do that, she arranged a viewing again. I thought she'd said the ferry back was at 1 but discovered it was actually 4.30, which would have been impossible due to work commitments.n.nSo I messaged asking to book the villa without seeing it first and received a message back agreeing but moments later, I received another message, refusing to let me book!! It said that since I had not gone to view the villa first and since they had spent far too much time talking to me, they would not reserve a villa for me.nIn reality they had not spent much time talking to me at all. Other than the call in which Amm ranted at me pretty much non stop for 16 minutes, there had been 2 phone conversations enquiring about the villas. During the first I was frequently put on hold for long periods. The second call was to get confirmation about when the noisy construction next to the villa would finish.n.nI was told the only way I would be allowed to book a villa would be to get a taxi, catch a ferry, get another taxi and go to the office in person to book it. I could easily have paid over the phone or online but they needed to make their petty point and apparently this was the manager’s idea! It's really been a blessing in disguise as I can't imagine that staying there and dealing with these unfriendly, and cold people would have been a relaxing experience. There are other villas on the island with beautiful views, I'd advise going to one with competent management and polite, professional staff.
