The rooms allotted were bad, the first room floor wasn't even cleaned (one can imagine about the others like bedding etc.), there was supposed to be a TV, no set up box. Up on reporting to the front desk, the manager was upset about reporting it. Given two options, refund or another room , this was at 7 PM in the evening. Took another room, AC not working, the reasons given were pretty hilarious ('sir winter, so we have made them like that ). Hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, but, plenty smoke into the rooms from others who are smoking.nnThis was a very bad experience and an expensive one; dont take this hotel, there are better options around.
