Rude staff yuk hotel rooms and they do not make you feel welcomed

Absolutely loved our stay. Our room was amazing, very clean and spacious. We had a pretty cool view as well. Customer service could be better. They didn't want to accommodate to our needs but I'd still rate the room and casino 5 🌟's.

What's not to like.

This is a really nice complex with all kinds of restaurants and bars. Super rooms in the hotel. My only problem is that I can never win there. 9-26-20 Update Overall the best casino and hotel experience in the area. I believe they have struck the perfect blend of compliance on Covid precautions. Obviously if you are one who is mask paranoid you should stay away from everyplace where people gather indoors. I also really liked the lower beer prices. $3.00 for a 16 ounce can is really good for a casino.
