Not sure what the negative reviews about this place are about. This particular casino has a great slot selection and the people working there are really nice as well. This location is great in the summertime if you want to gamble and go to the beach and golf and Mackinac Island etc.....It's always a wonderful trip UP. See you soon 🙂

Very neat little casino. Guest service needs to be stepped up big-time. I had to get signed up for a card and the guy fell asleep on me 4 times. He never told me how the card worked or anything or about there being free slot play on the card. Other team members seemed lethargic throughout. The bar tender in the back left corner was bubbly and friendly so that was nice to see someone alive and having fun. Overall I was not impressed with guest service of which should be a priority. We did end up having fun even though we donated. That's gambling!!

Customer service on our last 2 stays, one before March and one this month, was overwhelmingly unaccommodating and rude. We stayed 3 nights each time. Staff at the front desk is rude and acts as though you are hassling them. The stay prior to March, upon arrival not only were they rude, but said they gave our room away??? And had to downgrade us as a result?? We arrived following dinner hours and drove almost 4 hours, where else could we have gone at that point??? They treated us as though we forced their hand to make these poor decisions that lead to us not having a room and thus receiving a downgrade. This most recent stay more specifically, Beth, was very rude and had poor customer service skills. Upon check in by staff, we were not told that, at the desk, no other staff other than security will be available following 1130PM. We traveled the entire day prior to our last evenings stay and arrived to the hotel late. Only to find in preparation for our departure the next morning we were not initially given enough towels, coffee, shampoo and such for our stay. I awoke at 730AM to accommodate enough time to receive these items to allow hours before we would need to shower and pack and asked for these accommodations. I was advised by Beth that we could not receive these things, as it was not possible. She advised me of this several times not offering any alternative solution. I began problem solving on my own by asking her questions. I asked when, I could receive these items within a time frame to prepare for our departure prior to check out time and Beth advised she was alone and could not do it. She said I could not come down the desk to get these items. I asked if security could assist and get at least the towels and shampoo and drop them at our door. She again said no and indicated staff upon check in should have made arrangements for these accommodations at that time. I asked if security could get the items and I'd come down to the desk. Again Beth said no. I asked, at what time will another staff member be in so, I can get these items in some manner. She advised I will not be able to get them at all. No apologies ever during this conversation, only responses of.."well they should've did that at check in....." Finally, I advised her that this was not acceptable as we have no other accommodations to be able to freshen up prior to departure, nor anywhere in this surrounding area and we have a long distance to travel within a designated timeframe. I expressed to her at this time in a pressing, but polite way that this was poor customer service, unacceptable and she would need to get ahold of management and find a solution; this is not and should not be the responsibility of the guest to problem solve or work around their lack of scheduling of staff or their inappropriate/lack of service at time of check in. She said it may not be possible and ended the call. 20 minutes later, our room phone rang. Beth rudely advised that the requested 2 towels, shampoo, and coffee with creamer were at our door. I thanked her and ended the call. I understand that things need to be done in a safe and less human contact manner now. However, this was not only an unpleasant experience, but an insensitive, unprofessional, unapologetic, and overall lazy staff to be blunt. I use Beth's name, however we, on all of our stays have encountered staff such as her. This is not abnormal when dealing with staff at this location. Lastly, there was a young, dark haired security guard. He was very tall and had a slight hunch in his shoulders. This gentlemen, although very thorough with assuring patrons had their masks on, was a bit intrusive and again, not surprisingly rude. This was exampled by, me having my drink in my hand and my mask pulled up. The glass was not to my face as I had just pulled my mask up and was in the process. He came around the corner and said mask on while not drinking. ??? Seriously, drink in my hand, not sitting on the slot. What did he think I was attempting to do, pour it on the floor???

Definitely a fun casino!! Lots of slots, great games good looking building. Would definitely recommend! 😁🎰

No vaping. No eating. Yet, you can drink? This place doesn't make sense. The 2 stars are for the bartender heather and the waitress Denise who were the only nice people. The security guard was so annoying. No one in that place was winning. Super miserable atmosphere.
