This is the head office of a big developer. Mostly has developments around Delhi.nDuring this Corona period their offices were crowded. No one insisted on the use of masks. Only sanitizer provided when you want to enter their front office area. The conditions are pathetic.nThe developer will not respond you over mails or phone calls for months and you will find that he is charging you HUGE INTERESTS on unpaid amounts. You will find that paid amounts have not been accounted for by their accounts and calculations are wrong. You need to provide evidence for paid amounts.nnThey will keep sending you messages for payment but they have no number where you can send a message. Even if they provide a number, no one will respond.nnYou need to be very careful with this developer. Not a good experience at all. It would have been better if I had bought directly from an individual

Best till you buy, post that no one is their to listen.nCustomer care is the worst part.nNo one will listen to you as well take it from junnior to senior.

Bad experience with builder. One way communication. If you want to speak up any issues long waiting of 4-5 hours on customer care & no promising solution for problems. Send final demand of property without getting the OC. Deadline mentioned for demand and late fees will be applicable after dadeline. Bank is not ready to disburse full and final payment as OC not received. No reply from Gaursons on mail & phone. For visiting customer need at least 4-5 hrs.

Pathetic service , qorst chstomer experience bribe eating , demanding people. The management should focus on customer expeirence. Gone are the days when a customer gets one house. I will purchase many properties in coming months or years but gaursons will nvr be on the other end.

I sincerely wish any one from Gaur who is a decision maker see this post and comment.nI recently received a cancellation letter from gaur sons stating that I have not paid the final payment and i havr no right whatsover in the property for which i paid almost 38 lacs. After even repeated emails from myside over a period of 5 months, this is how this company treats me. I tried to get response from the company after the letter but no one responds. No one called me from their office as of now the communication from them is only one way i.e only they send emails but we wont get any reply to our email or calls or whatsapp messages. I deeply regret investing in this property and I urge everyone to stay away from Gaur sons...
