I found the room service really pathetic. No timely resolution to lot of issues. They lack basic room amenities. Not worth staying

I had great experience there, It has ancient Castle like ambience and decor which make it completely unique in many ways. I enjoyed in pool too. You'll get so many background to click photos for instagram. Overall good experience.

Kindly ignore this hotel. Sharing my traumatic experiencen1. Poor quality food. They can offer only 1 or max 2 food items at a time.n2. Room service is pathetic . I personally order lunch at 2pm and went to room to attend a concall. Food was not served till 3pm when we asked they shared there is no food. They shared that they could prepare rotis as not stock available. They don't even inform you. Even worse they don't even have tea coffee biscuits in stocks. Got only green salad. Had to manage with that as I had to finish my call.n3. No intercom . They give two number and ask to call those numbers for room service.n4. No 24x7 hot water .n5. Poorly maintained rooms and old beds creak. Towels and bedsheets are pretty old.n6. You don't even have basic breakfast. I got a bowl of poorly cooked upma. They don't even have options for pay and eat .n7. Food charges are of 3 star but food is quality , taste and presentation is worse than road side vendors. Believe me it is really worse.n8. Only solace was Wifi was working.
