I am shocked at the poor and minimal service I have received from the SC Real Estate Commission. I expected better communication and service from from the SC Real Estate Commission. Every time I have placed a call to inquire about the processes for licensees(because this process is pivoting due to the global pandemic) I get nothing but a bad attitude and zero help. Beware

The person who answered the phone had a very bad attitude. Customer service is a key factor when dealing with the public. Never experienced this type of treatment before when calling. Everyone has always been pleasant especially Ms. Lambright. Not sure who the new receptionist is but management needs to speak with her regarding her attitude.

I have been so pleased with this team. They are fast to respond, answer their phones, are very helpful always and just plain AWESOME! Would give 10 stars, truly.

They were super helpful, they walked me through what I needed to do to schedule my exam and everything I needed prior to feeling out the application my background check. Super sweet and helpful
