As a first time homebuyer I was extremely nervous about the home buying process. Heather Shay with Damon Gettier made the experience enjoyable and fun. She was extremely knowledgeable and handled everything all the way through closing and after. I didn’t want to delay closing, so some contingency work was still pending completion after closing. She continued to follow up and ensure work execution though the subcontractor and the seller agent even after closing. I was out of town weekly while buying a home and felt completely in the loop though Heather. Her attention to detail and daily communication was so valued. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Shelby Webb as our realtor while purchasing our first home! She was very personable and professional. She truly seemed to care about finding the right house for us. She also made me feel comfortable asking any questions that I had. I had a lot of fun looking at houses with her, and I will honestly miss that even though we found our dream home! I would recommend her to anyone without reservations.

Hi, Frederick Spencer was our salesman. He got our house sold for asking within days. Days, not weeks. Frederick is professional, he stands by his word. He is also naturally very likable. You really don’t feel as if he were a salesman, which of course is not a bad thing, but he makes the whole process less stressful. He is our go to man in real estate from here on. I can’t say enough good about Frederick Spencer ornDamon Gettier Realty but I hope you get the picture from this review.

Fredrick Spencer was a huge help in purchasing my first home. Very knowledgeable and professional. Fredrick worked overtime, showed us a ton of homes, and never missed a phone call. Fredrick will be one of the best, if not the the best Realtor in the Roanoke Valley as he truly cares about the folks he works for and the Roanoke area (his sales record as new realtor speaks for itself). It was truly a pleasure working with him.

Heather Shay Hicks was amazing to work with. She’s very nice, personable & easy to work with. She made selling my house so stress free & she sold it quickly. She kept in touch with me during the process & was always available to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Heather!!!
