I'm a Real Estate Agent in WA and I needed to find an agent in Laramie to help sell my Mother In Laws home. I interviewed a number of agents and Duane Toro was by far the most professional and responsive agent I spoke with. Duane sold the home in 4 days and did an awesome job for us. Bob Davis is the best agent in the whole area. He patiently educated us about the real estate market in Laramie by showing us over 20 houses during past five months. After we learned everything about the different locations, types of houses, and our true needs for a house, he found us a perfect home in perfect location with perfect price! He always treated us with respect even when we changed our mind multiple times during the process. I can not imagine we could find our dream home with the right price without his help. While buying our home we were very pleased with Duane Toro Reality. Our concerns were heard, we were able to continually change our minds regarding what we were looking for and at each change we were continually treated with respect. We were so impressed with how we were treated during our buying process that it was inevitable a few years later that we would also sell our home through the same realtor. We highly recommend using Duane Toro for your home buying/selling needs. We felt that keeping the buyer/seller first is a priority when entering this season. Choosing the right realtor is a process; I recommend using Duane Toro if you're planning on buying/selling your home.

Duane is a very personable and knowledgable realtor for the Laramie market, but he's old school (= computer illiterate) so all showings are done in person and limited use of the Internet. On the positive side, he has memorized all houses for sale in Albany county, who owns them, why they are selling and who built the house. A walking history lesson !
