Wow what can we say. Bob assisted us through our entire purchasing process from start to finish and he was great to work with. We purchased at a time when the market became competitive and Bob was right there as the calming influence. He also assisted in making the best educated decision and deal for us. We recently rented a house in the villas which we booked in January. Throughout the process we mostly dealt with Holly. Holly was wonderful to deal with. She quickly responded to all of our questions. I also met a few people in the office and all were super friendly and eager to help. I would definitely use Coastline again and highly recommend them.

Barbara McPherson was fantastic to work with in selling our house in Cape May Point. She is very knowledgeable of the area and she help make the process stress free. As our primary house is in NY- she was always available or returned calls promptly. Her advice on how to show the house was impeccable . With Barbara's work and negotiating skills , we were able to sell the house very quickly . I would highly recommend Barbara as an agent.

We rented a house through Coastline Realty for a girls weekend. I was a great experience. Holly was very helpful along the way. She was very responsive and even helped with restaurant recommendations. The house was amazing, super clean and great location. Would definitely book again through Coastline.
