We bought our first house with Sue Lessard and it was a wonderful experience start to finish. She listened to our needs, helped us figure out where to compromise if needed, and ultimately helped us buy a house with everything on our list! She helped us navigate all the normal stresses of home buying AND went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the house we wanted amid this pandemic. Brenda Cerino is the epitome of a great Realtor. She knows her market, she engages in the process like a fiduciary, meaning she won't let you spend more than you should for a property.She goes above and beyond to do any research needed. We were lucky enough to find Brenda in the office at T&S 2 years ago when we were looking for a Portland house.
