Four Winds Casino Resort – New Buffalo

Came here today for my wedding anniversary weekend with my husband. We were able to check into the hotel fine that’s not the issue. We went down to the casino and went to get player cards. I got mine right away. My husband was flagged and couldn’t get one. So we just said forget it and decided to start playing slots. Security comes and informs us he has been banned because in 2018 he had peed in the parking lot. He got a fine and he paid it. We didn’t think anything of it because it was a bachelor party all the guys were drunk. That’s why we thought we can come back no issue. It’s not like he assaulted someone or was cheating the system.I don’t understand why they didn’t flag us at the hotel then? The statement they printed from 2 years ago stated “not allowed on property.” Yet we both had to check in with our ID’s. Also I love how they said I can stay and keep gambling. Like do you think I would want to stay by myself with creepy old men? I won’t recommend this place to anyone I know. We will spend our hard earned money at a better casino.

I just love ud83dudc98 the scent of this casino! Employees keep this facility clean, they're helpful and polite...even when dealing with rude customers.

It's a casino... Space to walk, mostly machines but a small table section. Best part is it is smoke free... A rare find for me as most Native American run casinos I've been in are not smoke free...some may only have a section, but you can still smell it throughout the place... This one was pleasant to the nose

Well, I didn't get the full experience as temperatures were taken at the door, masks were mandatory and there were very few people at the casino. Otherwise, the place was absolutely huge, and very pretty. I will definitely like to come check this casino out again once the pandemic has passed.

My girlfriend Gail And I had another beautiful stay at your wonderful casino this Wednesday Thursday and Friday.. Your hospitality is overwhelming and Your Staff is top rated In my opinion. It's always a pleasure to visit.
