We feel proud to be an Indian for many reasons but at the same time we feel ashamed being an Indian due to certain people in government sectors. Unfortunately, I opened one S.S.A in a post office and I have to literally beg people for their services as if they are the most venerable people because they are in a government sector. Their attitude is worst and no one to control them. They make us run unecessarily for documents in a bad-mannered way. In spite of empty window there is hardly any one to attend promptly.

One of the oldest and ideal post office off BOKARO circle. With strategic location it's earning keeps it an advantage. The department used to deploy sincere employees here to provide better service.
