Better change the workers from here. Very poor service they give. My courier stuck since 3days without any update. I called them he's like workers come after 4pm. Stupid fellow office close by 3pm and he's asking me to cl after 4pm.

Post service very slow. No one answers our questions. Less staff. No one completes the work.

Alhamdulillah It is the Head Post office in Ongole beside that Passport Seva office also is there. India post Atm also is there.nBut when I was there that day too much Rush and printed machine also failed that day. You will get Auto from here. Staff also ok doesn't know Hindi language only Telugu and English in that I managed. Overall I like that Ok.

Late service.. ppf deposits taking time ... they claiming server not responding.. why can’t they check servers before start of day or end of day .. I am thinking of closing my accounts.. I will go for online deposits .. why to visit post office and wasting my time .. how better your services compared to other banks... Officers please think how you better serve customers.. time is important.. if one counter not working please provide substitute counter.. be professional while serving customers..

India Post payments bank very very WORST experience I have. I deposited some amount in ippb account. In emergency I need that one. I can't use it instead of transfer to another account. Why this account we are using. To use money on ippb account it's compulsory to transfer the amount to another for withdraw purpose, so why this ippb account needs and helps to us???
