Don't open postal saving account in this branch,it's worst service. I opened an account for insurance claim purpose on 25 Jan 2018 and amount is added on 28 Jan by insurance, on 19 Feb 2018 I went to other post office branch for withdraw that money(since iam not staying in that town) and they said your identity and sign details not updated so we can't give money.After that I went on 23 Feb 2018 , now they said savings bank accounts are not working due to some problems.What hell is this,finally I feel postal service is very very bad in savings bank service,better they shut down this if not possible.nLatest upadte:by today(march 1 st 2018 ) also sign details not updated.nThen what is the use of starting savings bank account in post office.
