I had a horrible experience here. I went to this post office to do a speed post around 2:30 but staff turned down my request saying, that we do not do speed post after 2 pm. Why on earth post department do this when other private courier services take orders day and night. No surprise why post department is running in loss and sucking taxpayers money. So I went next day again around 1 PM but this time their system was not running properly, staff said that seat for 10-15 minutes then the system will start running again. I almost sat for 30 minutes but there system was still not running, again that day I returned frustrated. Next day I again went to this post office around 12 PM but the staff was again saying that our system is still not working you will have to wait for 20 minutes, that day again I stayed there for at least an hour but their system was still not working. Frustrated by that I paid for my speed post and left my letter their in hope that they will post it, I still don't know they posted it or not. So here is a summary of how government-run companies behave with people in India, their clerk wants to viewed as a prime minister. And if any of you from post office is reading this review please change your egoistic mindset and start working for the people gracefully.
