I have visited phulwari Sharif post office and AIIMS patna post office between 2 pm to 3 pm for doing speed post of urgent nature but denied by both of them..both post office told that booking is allowed only upto 2 pm, but no any notice board, no any information on any banner or online to show the timing of booking......what is the rule?
