This post office is regional head post depot of Kankarbagh. It is situated near Gayatri Mandir, Patliputra Sports Complex, Fire Station and Telephone Exchange. The staff members are quite helpful and courteous. They thoroughly guide. Sometimes there are heavy crowd in post office and some of their staffs work relativels slow. So, it takes longer time when there are crowd. Overall, post office is nice and works get done without any hassle.

Fast service. Behavior of PA is good but behavior of ladies or the way they talk is not good. Cleanness 4.5*.

Nowadays one dont need postal service very often but when you need it, dont go here in hope for quick service.nn**They have just 1 counter for everything related to postal service.** One middle aged typcial sarkari babu, handle speed post, registery, parcel etc. Rest all counters are for their banking service or some other things.nnIf by mistake you go on the day when students are sending their exam forms, you will die out of standing in queue. There is no air condition, only one cieling fan where most people need to stand in queue.nnAlso their internet link can disappear anytime and their only computer can refuse to work as per its wish and staff is not trained enough to fix it.nnThey have drinking water facility and pasting gum is also available.(Yippie) :P
