Nice and friendly staff, i forgot some documents but the staff members gave me an hour of extra time to fetch those from my home. Idk why the place has so many bad reviews. Proper steps were taken to ensure social distancing during this corona pandemic.

10th pass workers appointed in senior level and they don't have knowledge how to deal the candidate........ I'm not satisfied with the service. I don't know ud83eudd26 when Indian government appoints well educated staff for customers.

I am forced to give even one star to this PSK centre. My story in short is as follows:-n1. Date of Application of Passport- 02.09.2019n2. Date of Appointment - 15.11.2019 (Just look at the gap between Application date and earliest appointment date available)n3. Date of Police Verification - 13.01.2020n4. Date of Receiving of Passport - 15.01.2020nnIt took me more than 4 months to get my passport!!!! And moreover when i inquired about the delay, i got to know that my file was received at the police station for verification on 26.12.2019. Again, after a gap of more than a month from my appointment date.nThey always have the server issues and stuff plus they are extremely lethargic in processing the files. Don't you guys ever prefer this centre. I will also write about it to the RPO office, Delhi. They are making a joke out of People's precious time.

janakpuri pasport office is so good and all staff are coperative and very helpful.nAll faclity are good and also looking very good office
