Most inefficient department with best of facilities. Staff is not bothered since the leader seems to be inefficient too. It took 40 days to open a SB account and NSC account. What else can be commented. Anyone who wants to check should visit once in the Hell.

COVID UPDATE- DUE TO COVID,nPOST OFFICE OPERATES ONLY ON MON,TUE,WED. 10AM-2PM, SPEED POST TILL 4PM, LUNCH 1-1:30PM.nPAID PARKING OUTSIDE.

They don't pick call all speed post service are so cheap . They don't work like private sector because they don't care of customers,

Very helpful and polite staff, specially in the business parcel department. Front office retail booking staff is also good.
