Everything from the security to the food on the table were fantastic. Will definitely suggest anyone to have a night or two stay at this beautiful resort.nThe staff's service is quick and all have good attitude towards you. You will enjoy your stay either way at the balcony with a great view of mountains or inside the cozy room during winters

Great place to stay with so many lawns and greenery. Staff is also good and rooms were pretty clean. We booked Green premium room and it is very spacious.

Everything is good except the Gm of this hotel Gunjan pandey i booked a hotel and the behaviour of that person is very pathetic he dont know to talk to people you should not keep this type of people in your company

This is the best place to visit for a peaceful family vacationnFirst of all, no difficulty in finding the resort it's almost on the highway. No complaints regarding the staff, service and cleanliness. However sometimes the room service might be a little bit slow but that's not a big issue.nThe rooms are really great with a great view of the hills. The weather is a bit hot b/w april to october but only during daytime otherwise it's cold there. No issues regarding hot water in bathroom you'll easily get it at anytime. The food is also good. It's almost 10 kms away from the kasauli Mall road. But I feel if you want a spacious place for a vacation with a proper lawn , ganden n all then go for this placenThanks a lot fern surya resort for the great hospitality.
