They are absolutely useless the bills don't come for an year and then take your own reading and pay the bill. In this process also it takes a month for them to accept payment

Undoubtedly the WORST Post office I have ever visited.nJust for a KVP encashment they are harassing me for more than 5 months either by their absurd absenteeism / non availability of required staff or with a new rule (not encountered with earlier KVP encashment in other post offices in Chennai/ Ahmadabad).nI am just keeping a log of everything and will come-up in media / Postal higher-ups with my experience after some time.nWake up Gur-GAON.

Services need to improve

Official timing is 9:00am to 1:00pm, but they stopped work by 12:30 pm and told come tomorrow now it’s closed. People who are working in this department are very irresponsible and illiterate, they don’t know how to talk to a customer. They just use one stick to handle all people.

These people are just there to harass you and take bribe to get things done. You can't expect them to move their hands till you fill their mouths with money. Such 'ghoos-khor' people. Because of such people INDIA will never develop as a nation.
