Palam Vihar Sub Post Office

Used it first time today..surprised to see that postman called me before delivery..kudos

clean spacious ..lot of trees around tge compound ..and above all extremely well behaved and helpful ..postmaster and his assistant. open fir a reasonably long period

As shown my cheque book delivered on Dec 1, 2020, Don't Know where is my cheque book, I went to post office, they are talking rudely,nThe time of delivery is shown it's 5:21 PM how is it possible, Post office closed at 3PM, delivery man said they deliver but I don't understand they are not conformation right person is receiving or not, same problem with Debit Card status show its delivered but I received after 2 days, they were talking very rudely, when I ask who received my parcel they are not giving me any kind of conformation.

Good facility, easy access .. shortage of staff . But still cab get your post office. Needs done here

It's been 15 days i did not receive my letter, even after complaining thrice to customer care. 3rd class service ,customer care provides wrong numbers to contact with. These people doesn't care weather you get your parcel on time or not. Truly having very bad experience with IP, people are working like headless chicken.
